Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Chelsea’s Beauty Lounge. Please carefully review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. By booking, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

All services are by appointment only and must be booked through our online booking system. Please ensure your contact information is accurate for confirmations and updates.

Deposit Policy

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance on the day of your service. Complimentary bridal consultations do not require a deposit but are still subject to the cancellation and no-show policy.

Remaining Balance & Payments

The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Cash App, or cash only. No checks or card payments are accepted at this time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10–15 minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a non-refundable fee or full payment upfront for future bookings.

Hair Preparation

Clients must arrive with hair in the required condition as stated in the service description (clean, detangled, and blown out when required). Arriving unprepared may result in additional fees or service refusal.

Guests & Children

Only clients being serviced are allowed in the styling area. Children are permitted only if they are receiving a service and must be supervised at all times.

Health & Safety

If you are experiencing illness, scalp irritation, or any condition that may interfere with the service, please reschedule. Services may be refused for safety reasons.

Bridal & CBLuxe Appointments

All wedding-day and CBLuxe Bridal Experience bookings require a completed consultation and signed agreement. Wedding dates are not secured without required confirmation and payments.
